Heavy Weight Mineral is very easy to use! Pick a thick secluded location where you want the Moose and Elk to be near a water source where the Moose and Elk are left alone and can free feed at the location. Best started in the spring and topped up as needed Heavy Weight should be used year round to keep them coming back for more. Pile up a bunch of rotten logs from the area and pour the mineral on top or on a rotten stump. The rain will soak the mineral into the stump or logs you choose and will have the big game coming back for more. Fear not, the stump is natural for them as they eat it naturally so they can build the bacteria in the gut to aid in digestion.

In Northern Climates we like to start our minerals sites as soon as the snow has left the ground. This will allow your herd to replenish their bodies with the needed vitamins that will help them increase digestion and get them back on their feet. In the Central / Southern areas of Canada, we recommend keeping a supply of mineral available throughout the year and monitor it by using a trail camera to follow the results as the game grows. Please be sure to follow all game laws while using our product.

By far, the biggest part of his management is Rack Stacker minerals. 1 station for every 100 acres is recommended. This prevents fighting over the product and lowers stress levels during the most crucial times of the year especially winter recovery.
